On 081015 I booked my service request which was registered as 151008-01473.
It was assigned to a person. I was told that before coming he will take appointment.
On 091015 he ringed me at around 10.30 am from nearby my house as stated. As I was out of my residence, he was asked to come around 3 PM.
At 2.30 PM I informed him that now I am available. He said that he is coming.
he didnot come
But surprisingly on 10092015 at 1912 I got a message that my request has been resolved.
Then again at 1947 another message came that if I am unsatisfied, I should give a missed call on 01206676170.
It was given.
The periodic servicing is still awaited.
