The lady at the counter (fat one) behaves like she knows everything and owns everything in the world!
Strictly no exchange once you have paid and taken the item, even after one minute after purchase! I think this is the reason why such a big shop is almost always empty with hardly any customer :) It is also overpriced and you can get better collection for less price at Tulsi or Bhavani in Jayanagar 4th Block. Strongly not recommended. Stay away from the fat lady and the shop.
