I had Micro lumbar discectomy L2-L3, L3-4, L4-5, and L5-S1 performed by Dr. Vidhyadhara S on 20.10.15. I am pleased to share below my experience:- I have been suffering from the disease for the past over 5 years and during this period I consulted over seven ortho/spine specialists all of them insisted surgery as only option. Since I was so scared to go in for a spine surgery I tried all the other alternatives like Ayurveda, Osteopathy, etc., but with little relief and my symptoms reached to dangerous level. At this point, one of my friends in Muscat who recently had a successful Cervical Myelopathy surgery by D. Vidhyadhara referred me to him. My friend had all praise for Dr. Vidhyadhara and from the very first communications itself with Dr. my confidence level started building up. From the first meeting with him at the Spine Care Centre me and my family were amazingly impressed upon his confidence which gave us the much needed will power to face the surgery. Dr. Vidhyadhara has been very generous & down to earth in his approach towards us. He took extra pain to get rid of the anxieties post-surgery from the mind of a totally tensed, confused & over curious patient like me. I had a successful surgery by him and within a month almost fully recovered from the pain & ailment I was suffering for the past over 5 years. Me & my family are much indebted to Dr. Vidhyadhara as he returned peace & happiness in our family by removing my agony from the long ailment. We pray to Almighty to give more & more strength to his able hands to cure the sufferings of many many more patients during the days to come. During my treatment period I observed that Dr. Vidhya was ably assisted by two of his deputies both of them were so nice and good in their profession. My gratitude to them too. Post-surgery care by the nursing staff is incomparable and they have been so dedicated. The Spine Care Centre is well managed and the staff generally is very patient friendly. I however make special mention to the wonderful services I received from Sisters Pushpa Bhat & Saritha. My gratitude to them too. It will only be my pleasure to refer the Spine Care Centre, Manipal Hospital, under the able leadership of Dr. Vidhyadhara to any needy in this part of the world.
