Hi i am Rohit Sutar from Navi Mumbai i want to share my experience with Royal Electronics. There was a Negative Image problem with my Sony Bravia KLV-40V300A. Hence i contacted Sony authorized center for the same but the company told me the problem is with the display panel and it has to be replaced but the main problem is that the panel is not available with the company because the TV is 8 years old. But i don't want to discard the TV because of it picture clarity and i was hopeless at that time then one of my friend suggested me Royal Electronics and i contacted them for the same but the person who receive my call over the phone he told me that it is the problem of logic board not the display panel because the display which is used in the TV is IPS panel and it rarely get defective. Hence the very next day they had taken LOGIC BOARD for repairing purpose and they did it next day after installing the repaired LOGIC BOARD believe me my TV was working as like a new TV and let me share this too the company has quoted for the new panel if it is available then it will be not less than 25,000 and Royal Electronics did the same for merely 4500 that means they not only repaired my TV but also saved my money around 20000 approximately . Hence i would like to Congratulate and thanks Royal Electronics for this royal and noble service . thank you very much .
