Worst airline I ever seen.during my journey from Guangzhou to delhi on 10 dec in flight cz 3027 they deliberately delayed flight by one hour to load some commercial corgo.to compensate the weight they offload many passengers luggage . When I reached delhi they simply told ur luggage left at Guangzhou n we will send it to ur home by next day. Till than I m calling these people day n night but they have no answer except that we r tracing
