yup. bad experience. staff just randomly walking all around the place, talking, gossiping loudly. i did a hair wash and flat iron, and she hardly touched my scalp, just lathered shampoo on the hair surface and washed it off. while waiting to pay the bill, the girl kept walking in and out of the counter area to check on a million other things other than my tab. this place really ought to learn how to function from Naturals and Lakme. even the little neighbourhood salons do much better.
