Grace Toyota is located very near to Ghoda chowk in gurgaon. Yes, they will answer all you queries. But yes they are a bit snobbish. Had gone there for etios liva. They gave good audience and test drives. But no follow ups from them. They have "buy it or just get lost" attitude. The saleperson does not care what i want. he was more bent on what he has which needs to be tied to my neck.
No follow ups and no discounts. so i went with Nissan instead. Just came to knw that Liva has flopped.
This is by far the worst bike showroom in the malkajgiri area.
Reason 1: You can go ahead and stand in front of the sales guy, he will ignore you and you have to actually beg for attention
Reason 2: They do not give test rides of hero honda bikes. They also tell you that in ALL TWIN CITIES no hero honda showroom gives testrides on their bikes. Actually, since I am new to city i believed then for few days.
Reason 3: They do not tell you anything about bikes or demo. They dont have brochures also.
Its like a lay man going to a government office to apply for petrol bunk license. that bad it is,. I may sound very pessimistic but its true. Experience it first hand by visiting this showroom.
I decided to go for TVS flame. after rejectinmg hero honda glamour. Wishing that hero honda end its ugly reign in bike industry founded due to honda expertise.
I went there to enquire about flame SR 125. They only had orane color. so they told No more blue or red bikes available in hyderabad. Very bad service. No one buys from them. only goes for quotation.
While i was there they were actually ignorin a phone call from a guy who had booked a bike but waiting for elivery. If before buying bike the service is so bad, i guessed how it will be after the purchase
I recently came back from US and was hunting around for a good bike in malkajgiri area. I went to 6 or so local bike showrooms for queries/test rides. This is by far the worst bike showroom in area handsdown.
reason 1: They will not attend to you . They will ignore u on your face. Its like a farmer going to a government office for petrol bunk license after filling the required form. It is that bad. You have to request them.
reason 2: They will not give u any demos. They will not have any brochures. You cannot touch the bikes.
reason 3: Forget about testrides. A lady working there actually told me that no hero honda showroom in twin cities gives a test ride. She tells u with lot of confidence u may beleive her also if ur new to the city.
reason 4: No quotation given. only verbal rates that too they are not very sure about price.
reason 5: I am sure there are many more. Just go there and experience it urself if u dont beleive it.
Even if this is the last showroom on earth and it has the last bike in world in its possession, I will not buy from them.
