It is very difficult to bear the delays on supply of Hitachi ACs in this scortching heat. Even after 10 days you do not get your ACs. Under distress you choose the AC which is in stock but then they do not come to install it. Every member of their team has the art to ignore their customers. Every member of there team including every member of their dealers team is a lair. In the morning they will inform that AC will be intalled today and same day till 10 pm night no one shows up. Next day one team comes without proper tools and disappear by saying that another team is coming in half an hour and for three hours no one comes and no one bothers to inform the customer when will they install the customers. Is this what they have learnt from Japnese culture who believes in JIT (just in time) and Kaizen (improvement by everyday). But reality is other way round which is do not bother for customer - once he has bought the ACs he will not require for another five years, so why bother for him. This must be true only in India. Will someone in the managemet (senior level above the Branch manager or Regional Manager) will look into this and set the right culture. Thanks.
