Pathetic Experience......
Actually they are not even worth of one star!!
I bought carrier ac from these guys on 8th May 2016. Ac was supposed to be delivered on 9th May but no one called us about the delay.
When i called them on 10th they said there was some issue due to which delivery got delayed. I said fine.
From 10th May till 12th no one showed up for installation an we patiently waited for these two days because the salesman Chetan was continuously saying at time of booking that "IT TAKES 48 HOURS FOR CARRIER GUYS TO DO ALL FORMALITIES FOR INSTALLATION, WE SHOULD BE ASKING FOR IMMEDIATE INSTALLATION AS INSTALLATION SHOULD BE DONE FROM CARRIER GUYS ONLY NOT THE LOCAL ONE " hence we could not call any for these two days, and BTW, no one from snehanjali called us informing for delay.
on 12th Night when i called the Chetan the salesperson, he told us that they have logged the call with Carrier they should be visiting us in next 24 hours. OK, we waited for another 24 hours and still no one showed up.
When on 13th I called up the carrier guys they are saying they have not received any call for my AC installation......by now i got very frustrated, could not understand who is lying about all these.
Then i called Chetan the great liar again, now he could not speak to me, he handed phone to his senior Shukla ji, Shukla is telling me that they have forgot to log the call with carrier. I mean how on earth these people make such kind of mistakes and then keep lying about these.
So we are on 14th May now, since 8th May till 14th still my AC is not installed.
On 14th May, i called carrier guys again and this time Rajesh managed to send one guy for the installation.
Wait wait, my AC is still not Installed, the great snehanjali has repeated their behavior, they sent us bill with wrong date and we have bought the AC under 299 installation scheme, when carrier guy checked our bill he said he cant install our AC because there is a miscommunication.
Again i called the great CHetan, again he is saying there was miscommunication from Snehanjal that they forgot to tell Carrier guys that our Installation is under the 299 scheme.
So the technician waited at my home for 1 hour doing nothing, i called Shukla and he is saying now company will issue me new bill and he asked these techies to return back without installation.
Till now i have fully lost my patience, so i went to their shop and their i met great Kamlesh who calls himself as the senior manager of that branch there is no one who is senior to this person in that branch...i really doubt!
Ok so i told him all these things and at the end he is telling me by this experience they will learn and he will train his staff with this live experience....i mean how on earth i am supposed to train snehanjali staff???????
HE ASSURED ME THAT I WILL GET THE NEW BILL AND MY AC WILL BE INSTALLED BY CARRIER GUYS ON 15th May........
Ok since morning i could not hear anything from them, i called mr Kamlesh asking about the time when these guys will come for AC installation.
He said he has got the revert from carrier that their guys will come to my home in some time.
And Magic happened....atlast some one came for the Installation. When i asked these guys whether they are from Carrier or not, they are saying no they are local guys from the Snehanjali.......i mean if i had to do installation from local guy, then why i waited for 8 days!!!!!!!
So the Senior most staff of kalyan branch Mr Kamlesh is telling me what difference it will make if these guys do the installation!!!!!!
Look at his dadagiri!!!!!
Frustrated with all their lies and unethical behavior, i returned my AC.
So this was my sincere review of Snehanjali Kalyan store......please please never ever buy any electronics from these guys.
I will recommend you to go to Vijay Sales, Croma or rather any local guy atleast they all have basic ethics and professionalism.
