Almost a similar situation here. Pity, did not read the reviews prior to buying things at Croma Indirapuram yesterday. I purchased a 42'LG ultra HD TV, A Samsung Home entertainment system, a Cooler and a HP printer. I had explained it beforehand that I need delivery and installation latest by Sunday as we are both working professionals. Now, when the LG person is already there for installation, the goods are yet to be delivered. No means for getting updated status even at customer care. No means for escalations. No empathy for customers' problems. Showroom,which made wrong commitment to close the sale, do not pick up call. Heard this was a TATA Enterprise. Right?
