Please refer to my review on Ameerpet Univercell which would make it clear why I have given 5 stars to this showroom. Excellent customer service is being provided by the guys here.
This is the UNIVERCELL outlet which provides the worst service to their customers. I do not balme UNIVERCELL because I have received the best service at another branch of UNIVERCEL. This outlet at Ameerpet is least bothered about the customers and are busy with their own personal works. The customer who reaches out to them for a costly mobile is only customer in their view.
I have visited to this store few months back to redeem few gift coupons of Univercell that I had with me. The response of the agents was very bad and what they had told me was to contact the univercell customer care and to get a verification number for my coupon after which they would see if it could be redeemed or not. When I asked them that why cant they call their customer support and do the same they did not give any reply. I called to the customer care number they had given which was a vodaphone number but the mobile was in not reachable mode. When I informed the same to the customer service guy he told me that it was a genuine number and it works. I asked them to dial the same number from their landline and the reply that came from them after dialing the number was the online customer support people might have left from office and so the mobile number was switched off. They asked me to contact to the same number next morning again and get the verification number and come back to them.
As the above situation seemed to be having no heads and tails I headed to the UNIVERCEL outlet at Panjagutta to double check if what the guys at Ameerpet outlet have told is correct or not. Though this is a smaller showroom when compared to Ameerpet showroom the guys here are excellent in terms of the service being provided to the customers. Within few minutes I came out of the showroom with a mobile in my hand and my coupons were accepted without a question.
I am a very lazy person and prefer going out during weekends rather than cooking at home. This is place that I visit almost every weekend. The reason being the cost and quality of the food that is served here.
At vilas venue you have items starting from salads to deserts. You have veg and non veg salads, one veg soup and one non-veg soup, one starter of each kind veg and non-veg, rotis, naans plain and buttered, hyderabadi dum biryani, chicken/mutton curry, fish pulusu, egg bhurji, three to four veg curries including paneer curry, and 5 varieties of deserts and fruits. This all comes to us at acost of 167+tax per person which is very reasonable and which makes me visit these restaurant almost once a week. :)
Aditya Park inn - One of the best places to go for a buffet dinner with friends and family. You will find everthing there starting from street food like pani puris and chat to chinese noodles. The deserts served are very tasty. I have personally visited 5 times to the hotel and the best part is that you get to find different deserts everytime. You have fruits, icecreams, cakes and you name it and you have it. This place is equally interesting for Vegetarians as it is for non vegetarians. You will feel regretted that you dont have enough space in your belly to accomodate everything they serve. ;)
The most special occassion I would love to celebrate is my Daughters Birthday. She has turned three a few days back. Though only 3 years old she loves cutting the cake on her birthday and anxiously waits all the year for that special day. Now it turns to be my responsibility to find the best place to make the day more memorable. Having planned to celebrate with 20 of our close and near dear ones I had to investigate a lot to find the apt place.
This is when I came to know of EBONY Boutique Hotel. Right from entering the hotel you will experience the world class hospitality that would want you to revisit the hotel again and again. As soon as we stopped our car in front of the hotel we were greeted by a couple of people who opened the car doors and took care of the cake and other things we had bought with us. As soon as we enter the hotel we would be stunned by the simple but super interior. One thing that should be mentioned is the food that is served. We have a lunch buffet with the most mouth watering specialities of Hyderabad. The deserts are something one should never miss. The waiters are very good and help you with the details of all the dishes available. You are also served with a complimentary drink during the meal which adds to the sumptous lunch.
Writing this I am feeling very hungry and definetely will be going for a good dinner soon to EBONY again.....
Forgot to mention that my daughters bday was a grand success.......and my choice of place turned out absolutely perfect for the occassion.
