Popular bajaj service centre in Kormangala is terrible. On 7th of April, I went there for the repair of my bike - Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi, but the part which had to be changed was not there, so they asked to me come on the same evening; when i went the same evening, i was told that the part had not come and I need to check after a day, which I did just to know that it still had not come. The worst was that they did not know when is that it would be coming , and they wanted me to wait till eternity for the part. Thankfully,after a week on 16th April they called me to inform that it had come; I went after two days since it was a working day when they called.When I reached there on 18th, I get to know that the part has already been sold on 13th April, coz I was called on Apr 10th and Since I did not turn up they sold it to someone else. the guy Sooraj there is extremely rude and when I went there , he was fighting with another person. It was very insulting to know this, because I called them on 10th april and they had no clue when would the spare come.
