I have heard that Blooming Buds was good at one time.It still is good but there seems to be a little less focus on Blooming buds and more to the senior sections.I just heard from a parent that Blooming buds is fine just that they don't have a good bus facility for these small kids.If they utilize the bus the kids end up travelling and school for about 4 hours.The timings also are odd especially considering the summer.
So overall if you don't depend on the bus service Blooming buds is a good place for your kids.
