Hi, I have booked Samsung refrigerator on saturday 01-may-2010 and they have given delivery date as 03-may-2010, i have requested them to deliver on 02-may-2010 or 01-may-2010 itself as i have to go to office on 03-may-2010 but they didn't agree for that and they told me that will deliver on 03-may-2010. For this , i had put leave for office ( they will deduct Rs. 400 from my salary for day ) and i waited for them . At 5:00 PM , i called them and asked then they told me , refrigerator is on the way , you will be receiving aftre 30 mins. At 5:30 PM , they called and told ,we can't deliver today because some invoice problem but i didn't agree for this . At 5:45 , Again i got a call and they told vehicle problem ,we can't deliver today but i didn't agree for that because i had put leave only to receive refirgerator even i am loosing Rs 400. then they told they will deliver at 8:30 Pm , i waited till 8:30 PM At 9:00 Pm , i called many times , nobody respond to my call. At 10:00 PM still i am waiting for that while writing this mail.. I am feeling this is VERY VERY BAD service , please be honest ,don't try to CHEAT customers. please take an action for this and DONT REPEAT THE SAME TO OTHERS AS CUSTOMERS ARE NOT FOOLS AND CUSTOMERS ARE HAVING MANY OTHER SHOPS ALSO. my contact information given below: EMAIL ID: sekhar.badugu@gmail.com Mobile: 9740252232
