I came to bangalore 3 months back and just like anyone else who has to set up base here was out on a furniture hunt. am taking the time to write this review for people like me who are new to bangalore and looking out for a trust worthy place to invest on your furniture.
i visited many stores like lifestyle, home town, poonam etc etc. then finally a friend asked me to check out Looking Good furniture. I am very glad that was suggested to go there as i ended up saving at least 20k- 25k on all my purchase. Looking good had the widest range to select from, and their prices were either on par or less than any other showrooms that i visited.
the big advantage that suited me, was the minor customisation that they did for me at no extra cost. for e.g., i was looking out for low beds but didnât like any of their existing display. i happened to like the head design of a normal height bed and they gladly made it a low bed with extended platforms.
The only issue i had was that i needed the furniture fast, but for custom orders it takes days which is understandable. I realize that i was making an investment for the next 5-10 yrs so 15 days was tolerated.
I purchased a sofa worth 28k, dining work 22k , lcd unit 9k and 2 cots worth about 15k each. Delivery came on time . only prob was that while coming up my stairs one of the chairs got scratched. They sent their polish person the next day and set it right.
I have been using it over a month and all is well. If all this last me about 5 years, I will be a very happy man.
