Worst sales and service experience I have ever had. Lots of promises and nothing was met. I bought 3 products to be installed after a week.The installation happened after 2 weeks in spite of repeated phone calls and direct visit. Worst of all, Viveks had delivered me a faulty refrigerator. Wow, what a service !!!!!!!!!!!!! I would definitely suggest everyone NOT to buy from Viveks.
