In this regard We the inhabitants of the colony further wish to inform you that a vacant plot between B-106 And B-107 at Kirti Nagar,Tonk Road,Jaipur was lying vacant for last 40 years has been illegally occupied by land mafias in collusion with the society and govt officials.Now the Mafias have started constructing multisoreyed flats over the land under which the water pipe line was laid by PHED and CC road was constructed by JDA and Nagar Nigam in the past by public funds.
We as the diligent Citizens complained to JDA also in the past about the fact and JDA vide their letter NO.KRAMANK/JDA/MNP/DIG/2012/D-1880 DATED 01/08/2012 and directed the Nagar Nigam for doing necessary action with the information/developments to complainants but instead of quashing the Allotment the Nagar Nigam has approved the building plan on 10/12/12 under 'PRASHASHAN SHAHARON KE SANG' to the Mafia people and approved the map for construct Multi storeyed Floors/Flats over the said plot in dispute vide their MAP LETTER S.NO.150/23/01/2013.
We there fore request you to please urgently intervene in the matter and stop the construction activities at once and the matter may please be given to CBI for investigation and necessary action against the persons involved in criminal conspiracy.
Action taken in the matter may please be informed to we people also.
