Horrible Experience with United Express Service(cargo)" 0 out of 5 blips Please beware that this cargo guy from Hyderabad, is a NUMBER ONE FRAUD COMPANY in hyderabad.(United Express Service, Sanath Nagar, JAGDISH is the fraud GUY) we had a bitter experience sending cargo from hyderabad through him to australia, Jagdish the guy who sold his service is full of sh*T and Fraud. he charged us 21000 rs and said to us that it would take 3 days and is an expedited service. he also said that ususally its 190rs a Kilo for post to australia for cargo by air and this sort of shipment is exclusive of custom and Quarrintine Charges. hence we opted for 3 day service which is 340rs a kilo which includes all the above charges. Surpise suprise, we get the shipment after 15 days, most of the packages inlcuded cookers and house hold appliances which were broken in pieces and GUESS what we get 120$ bill Quarrintine Charges. we called this guy JAGDISH i believe whi is the owner of the company and guess what he says in typical Hyderabadi Style saab etlayindo nakku telvadu, meeku nenu quarrintine charges gurinchieemi cheppala (i dont know how that happened, i havent told you anything about the charges) yeah right, we just paid 21000rs for nothing! please think twice before going to these guys and make sure you get everything in writing when approaching for these services,the onnly reason i couldnt go further in legal action because i have the tax invoice for the 21000rs but not many details on it, this one of the cheap tricks they play. i am approaching the Cunsumer Cell to see what options i have to take a legal action against this company.
