I am sharing my recent experiences with Samsung .
1. I have booked a complained of my washing M/C (within warranty ) and they having attended & resolve the problem after 12 days in the month of june 2010
2. I had Purchased one LCD TV on 18th June & Samsung guys installed it after three days of delivery though they have assured installation within 24 hours
3. I have again purchase one Refrigerator on 28th June but till now ( 2nd july 2010 ) Samsung guys failed to delivered the product to my residence that too after regular fallow up with the dealer .
In all the above cases payment was made instantly.
All the above incident shows that
1. SAMSUNG Kolkata is having very poor network & distribution system
2. They do not care about customer after sales & do not track after sale of their product
3. Careless attitude even after repeated follow-up & complain in their toll free nos
4. They can only hear, apologies but can solve any problem
With the above facts i sincerely advice not to buy any product of SAMSUNG at least in Kolkata . But still you have any soft corner about SAMSUNG product like me , pls think thrice before purchase & keep it mind about the service that you can get from them
