Beam Telecom is the worst broadband service provider I have ever seen. For past one month I have been reporting service un-availability to their customer care on every alternate days. Customer care is logging request and service member is closing them without attending to it.
Their collection executives visit our residance to collect every month payment, but why can not they do the same for service also?
If you are planning to take broadband, please do not consider Beam Telecom. You are buying headache if do so.
