Bad experience travelling from Chennai to Bangalore. Bus scheduled at 2145 starts from CMBT at 2215 - has front windshield with multiple cracks on left side, radiator leak issues found before it reaches Chennai Central Railway Station to pickup more passengers. Starts from there only at 2345 after waiting versus 2230 time informed to passengers - no repairs attempted then, simply waiting to get more passengers. Stops multiple times to deal with radiator n windshield crack issues enroute..at one time stopping outside a gas station for more than 30 mins. Reaches Hosur around 0615 and stops at Karnataka border where passengers are asked to transfer to a private, ordinary local bus for the further journey which terminates at Maruthi Nagar, Madiwala versus usual journey to Kalasipalaya. 0730 is the end of a terrible, noisy, trip for the paying passengers!
