I have been using this bored beam brosdband for my office purpose which is located at SomaI have jiguda, Hyderabad. Beam Telecom is the worst, bad, hell internet service provider in Hyderabad. Those customer care & technical people cannot understand the customer's pain and needs, They are just bullshit. If you people are not able to give the proper service why the hell you sitting over there go to your villages and work on the farms. It could have be help our India. Previously it was a bit better now it has become very bad and worst.
