Hello Sir Myself is Bharti Bipin Bhatt.We have bought furniture for our new home from Home Town Thaltej Ahmedabad. I want to do complaint that uptill now you dont come to repair our wall unit which was damaged by you. I dont understand which type of people you are... When we came to buy you people, talked nicely and after that you never bothered that your customer is in trouble. Is it a style of your buisness? We are living in Nadiad which is far away from Ahmedabad though we came there, spent our whole day in your store, and what after that? you people promised us that you will send our purchased items withing one month but you sent our furniture after 3 months and all the furniture was defective in one and other way. This is not fare at all.. Look, My husband is suffering from heart disease and i am not able to come there every time. you send your worker as early as possible and either do change our whole wall unit or change a piece of wood which was damage. Other wise i will file complaint to Grahak Suraksha Please do as early as possible Thanking you Bharti Bhatt We have very bad experience of Home Town: 1. You had sent some of the items after 2 months in truck without worker at 7’o clock at Nadiad. We caught in tension how these all items got shifterd from truck to our flat which is on the 5 th floor. We were running here and there to search worker. 2. You take all the advance of our purchased furniture and then you never bothered about us. You ignored our phone calls, our emails and all. 3. We did contact to Mr.Dodi, Mr. Malhar and Mr. Manish a lot. They gave false promises to us. 4. We bought two curl-on mattresses but both are not proper for sleeping. We got severe back problems because of that. For that we did contact with Mr. Kartik Contractor. But he never heard out problems and also ignore our calls. 5. We bought :29 rd March 2009 • Madrid Sofa set(3 3 1 1) • Liberty bedroom package • Domino Bedroom Package • TV wall unit • 2 Mattresses(curl on) We paid all the money on the same day. We got our furniture on: • 06-04-2009 • 05-04-2009 • 15-05-2009 • 24-04-2009 • 13-05-2009 • 18-05-2009 • 03-05-2009
