Respected Sir,
I beg to state that I am palash shaw son of Shri Gunadhar Shaw.Resident of 68-Rohim Ostagar Road,Kolkata -45, State-West Bengal. I have been suffering from seriously damage of kidney for a long time. The operation exenditure for operation is Rs. 60,000/- Sixty thousend only) and after operation Rs. 7500/-(Seven thousend only) per month for the medicine advise by thhe physicians.
I belong to very poor family and the monthly income of our family is Rs.2000/- (Two thousend only) so I am unble to bear this expenditure for my treatment. I there fore pray that you would frpm necessary step by same financial help for my treatment to save my life as soon as possible.
