ot a very great dealer. Fancy setup but staff is new and inexperienced. They are also very short staffed and you will have to wait forever to be attended to. Went there after my Santro car broke down and the technicians were clueless. The manager was missing or wasn't interested in meeting me. Finally they themselves asked me to contact Sanjay Hyundai as they were unable to locate the fault. Sanjay Hyundai staff had to guide them on the phone to get my car started again. There are older and more experienced dealers with better reputations available in Pune. Garve Hyundai is distributing discount coupons to attract customers in the hinjewadi area however i think they would be better off sorting out their internal issues first before trying to attract more clients. I think Ill stick to Sanjay Hyundai for now.
