Today the schedule for clinic was 9:30 to 11:00. While we were waiting for Dr. Unnati Shah from 9 am to 11 am, she did not come GMC staff kept us updating that she will come in next 15 minutes, till the consultation time was over. smilarly last month happened with an eye specialist in the same medical centre. Doctors are not punctual here.
