hi this is praveenbabu AP23AA6666 safari. Actually i had taken the vehicle Tata safari from ur showroom before three months ,10 days back my vehicle engine has jammed ,so the same I reported to ur executive ,so they attended it and came to a conclusion that the Turbo has failed .The same they said to me and made a report that they will replace my vehicle with a new engine within 10 days .But they have taken 20 days and today on this day 1-1-11 my vehicle has been delivered. Nearly they have taken 10 extra days where i had faced many problems ,But today also after the vehicle has handover to me it was not in a good condition ,the washing has done uncompletely the same i scold for your executive again they came and taken vehicle and made it neat and again they delivered my vehicle at my home and again when i want to start the vehicle it has been airlocked atleast some quantity of diesel is not present so again i reported to 24 x 7.I am very much unsatisfied with ur service ,,Is this the service given by ur showroom ,,its absolutly waste service .If u have any queries u can call to my num 9177796666
