If there is a rating below 0, I would give that to this store. Terrible customer service. I gave a grinder for service 1 month back and still they are yet to get it repaired. I had plans of buying a refrigerator and mixie from them, but after seeing this pathetic customer service, decided not to go to them for any purchase. Now, I need to do something to get my grinder back from them.
