It is by far one of the best companies to work for, if u are looking at a career in Event Management then this is the place to go. It's an ocean for those who want to get educated and grow in this field. Having worked there myself I can give testimony for the same. They make no bones about it being hard work, long hours and frustrating days as well but then that's what makes u wanna join them even more coz what u see is what you get. I know i learned a great deal at phase one it made me proud to be a part of this company at the same time humbled me, coz there was so much to learn and time to do it not sufficient. It has the glitz and glamour however it makes u sit up take stock, and realize that there are otehr sides to the entertainment industry. I have tremendous respect and envy for Mr.Oum Pradutt and Kenneth Chen, both are the pillars on which this company stands tall n thrives!
