The shop in Central mall called Neeru's seems bit weird . Feel like they have hidden cameras inside the fitting room . Not quite sure .But you know how you feel creepy and get a sixth sense sometimes. Even the assistants and shop owners look like gangsters or mafia.

The cashier as expected completely ignores me as the server tells him my order and asks the guy next to me who obviously came in after me. I raise my hand because the server is telling him my order and he has to take it no matter how partial he is to me. Then the server repeats the order to me as I said it â two this, one that â mimicking me and showing that if I donât know the names of the foods or donât bother to learn them he doesnât have to either. I shake my head sheepishly to get the ordeal over with.
The cashier takes the order and my card to bill me but before that he asks, water? â pointing to the bottle I had placed on the counter. I say, Itâs mine. He replies in Hindi, Aapke? while punching whatever he has to into the register, not looking at my face. Now, why would he reply in Hindi when Iâm speaking to him in English? And obviously they donât sell water there and he asked that because he was taking revenge at being thwarted from being partial to me and wanted to get away with it by not making eye contact. He gives me the receipt and I go to the curry counter where the server still hasnât finished packing my food. Sir, you forgot your card, says the cashier. I take it from him and I can see from the corner of my eye that heâs trying to make eye contact this time so he can look down on me for forgetting the card but I know all this from experience and did not make eye contact at all, just took the card and walked back.
As predictable the server still hasnât finished packing my food and ensures I have to stand there waiting like an idiot for a few more minutes. After he is finally done there is no apology for making me wait or even a thank you for buying stuff from them. He ensures he doesnât make eye contact while I was myself trying to thank him for the food and in the loud mall my thank you wouldnât be heard and he knew that. The server who was almost on top of me before I bought the food now acted as though I didnât exist. As though he was too good to even look at me while giving me my order which he ensured wasted as much time of my life and dehumanized me as much as possible.

The customer care guy advised me that the exchange will not be possible, i need to get all the three items
I said i don't want to come again is it possible from his side
He said no it can not be done you need to get all the three trouser.
In between the conversation he said " even narendra modi has got 5 mins, so even you can spare 5 mins"
He then said our system will be online for another 5 mins only after which we will shutdown.
Luckily i was wearing the third trouser, i said it will take 2 mins for me to change after which you can bill it and the trouser can be changed.
He then immediately said "no the system is shut down now"
I said but just now you said there is 5 mins available
He then said "no i can not change now, then he started to show the exchange timing mentioned in the back of the bill"
My question was 2 seconds back you said 5 mins available, and now you were showing system shutdown
He was then showing me exchange policy and all those stuff
I was with my wife and kid, we were really frustated with this guy.
He was then telling come tomorrow i will do it.
I was so frustated by this guy, he was continously giving one or the other reason, i said to shut up for few mins
He then took the argument to a different level
He then said you can't say me to shut up, you are not the one paying me, i am not working for you.
I wonder who the hell is this guy getting paid by, is it not the customer who are paying them indirectly.
If no customer will visit the mall how will these guys will get their salary and also he is sitting in customer care counter, so he is working for customers.
i ask him to get his manager.
Arrogantly he replied "go complain to whomever you want, i don't care"
Unfortunately manager left for the day.
I then ask him his name
He says to me and my wife "Rohit is my name, i don't care whom you complain to and now GET OUT"
He was talking as if he is the owner of the complete mall.
After this there was no point in having a conversation with this guy, i really don't want to get down to his level.
I would not have written about this incident if i were alone, but i was with my family and i can't tolerate this misbehaviour towads my family
I have done my part, i have nothing to gain or lose, i have many options(lifestyle, shoppers stop.. etc), on the other side you will be losing a customer and i don't know how many customers would have left because of this customer care guy name " Rohit", his arrogant attitude and his misbehaviour. From ground floor we took a lift. Lift boy told that lift will go only till 3rd floor. I did not know that the other side lifts can be used to go to 4th floor. When I asked the lift boy whether we have to take other lift to go to 4th floor, he said that there is no lift. I was surprised. Since the ... Parking at Bangalore central sucks. First of all there isn't enough space to park (too narrow parking). Second, the staff doesn't bother to park for you, unless you ask for it explicitly. Third, there is no formal complaint counter to give the feedback. Really pathetic.
