Worst response.. I have booked ac 4 days before, they said the product will be delivered within 2 days.. But I never received the product, no calls, if I do call and asking they saying the executive would call within 1 hour but no call I receive yet at last 24 hours..

My O General Invertor Split A/c is not working properly from last few months, After your technicians instruction i change the Stabilizer to Double Boos ... View Moreter. Then also the problem happening. After using of 4 Hrs at night the machine is going to cut off. After restarting the same will cutoff 2-15 minutes intervals and disturbing our sleep.
So i am requesting you kindly solve the problem of the same machine immediately or replace the same.
If you are having any problem for solving the problem or replacement, please let us know for further action.
