My sim was deactivated as I did not use for three months. I paid 230 INR in addition to 1000 INR for top up.
When I clarified with Vodafone they made it clear that there is no system exists to pay 230 INR to activate. When I went back to the shop the staff attitude was unacceptable. They tried to disown the chap who did the top up and then they refused to give the details for the head office and contact number.
