During our last journey from Delhi to Portland, US via Guangzhou and Vancouver on 23 May,2016 we had our lives' worst experience due to cancellation of Flt. CZ 360 due to sudden rains in Delhi. Though we were accommodated in a far away Hotel in Vasant Kunj on 24 May but the next special flight could ... View More be arranged on 25 May,2016 at around 12.30 PM that too after all passengers waiting for 2 days shouted slogans of "Hai-Hai" repeatedly at the boarding gate since the flt earlier announced to take off at 1.30 AM past mid night also did not reach Delhi.All connected flights of most passengers went out of loop due to the abnormal delay in this original flt. from Delhi. singh instead of Surjeet singh ) at the time of ticket booking. I

unreasonable not to allow people to pay to correction the name on the
ticket, especially when it does not involve a change in the person who
is flying but just correcting a spelling mistake!
However the agent is saying they don't do correction once ticket
issued and further contact to Airline,also, they have already passed
remarked in this regard to china southern Airline.
But China Southern customer care is very unprofessional, they are responding very rudely.
I just want to ask to China Southern Airline please help me we are ready to pay charges for correction.
