They have taken away parts replaced them (choke, water pressure gauge, filter, circuit etc) but the result is the same!! i have to get back to bottled water, and it still lies as a show piece in the KITCHEN!

Ever since the purchase, I would have lodged several complaints and technicians would have visited over 100 times and we would have spent a huge lot of money too. Unfortunately most of the technicians are useless or just learners and they do not know their subject at all and tend to experiment with your unit. Different technicians have given different theories for the problem but most of them are absolutely absurd.
The complaint resolving system is also designed in such a manner that most of the complaints are closed even without its being attended. It is sad that the brand has the entire family of a popular film star to popularise the product when their product and services are so very poor. I wish they are aware of the quality and service levels and they would never be their Brand Ambassadors. I have in fact sought the help of very senior personal in the Kent family but alas it has only been an experience of passing on the buck amongst a few of them or the mission clearly seems to be Only Sales and No No Service.
My family who use this product are so much bugged that most of the time they prefer to use water from the tap after boiling it. Very disappointing after the initial investment and the subsequent expenditures. Though I have been sharing my experience to as many people in my circle, I wonder how many innocent people would be falling trap to purchasing a Kent product after all the publicity you do.
