I ended up entering this store by simply gazing at the mannequins. Shopping from this store is the biggest mistake I've ever made! I've never been fooled/conned to this extent. I went there to buy a lehenga for a cousins wedding. The lights of the store are so misleading. There were some major defects in the embroidery work, which I ended up seeing ... View More upon reaching home. I went to them to get a refund or an exchange at least. The salesmen were outright rude. Many sales guys just hopelessly roaming and gazing at customers. They weren't even ready to accept the defects. They claim that big embroideries often have such problems. They said it's okay nobody will know wear it!!!! How silly! They finally only gave me a credit note! It was a very huge amount. Once they receive the money they hardly care about the customer needs.
Five reasons why you shouldn't shop here
1. Unfinished products
2. Zero respect for customer
3. Money minded sales team
4. Poor quality fabrics
5. Highly overpriced View Less

I visited the Malad store and got an expensive suit for my wedding. I was promised alteration in 2 weeks, and the guys did not deliver it even after 4 weeks.
When I asked the reason for delay, the manager was very rude and abusive. He tried to give me unaltered suit, but I voiced my concern. He promised me delivery same day, but I never heard ba ... View Moreck
Needless to say, we pay such high costs for dresses so that customer service is good. These guys have no respect for customers ones they receive the money.
Please don't go, specially Malad store. Big disappointment View Less

I visited the Malad showrrom on Sunday, 21 April 2013 and the experience was pathetic to say the most. The shop is overstaffed (many just roaming) and do not have sense of speaking to the customer. They communicate to each other in some code language speaking terms like 12 22 (Bara baavis), khoch, etc.
They also provide zero service - when we a ... View Moresked for a small stitch on the salwaar (the broach was loose) - they initially denied and later did a shabby work. Also, when asked for a sleeve to be sewn on the salwaar, we were initially informed that we do not have the tailor and will take 3-4 days. On pleading and requesting a lot, they ultimately agreed (saying that "Upar thi maride"). The sleeves stitched was also very pathetic.
