Future Group â Big Bazar, Ezone et al. These thrive on low quality cheap products and are not meant for buying expensive items say computer accessories, LCD TVs, printers, laptops, high end vacuum cleaners, microwaves and such. They simply do not have the required quality checks and processes in place. If you are lucky you may end up with a discount and a working product. But for after sales service you may find that the product sold was obsolete or markers specially put in for damage due to dust, rain, misha

I visited their Shop to buy LG Split AC and then called then next day for a price clarification,(I had purchased a Fridge from them earlier) during this call i even told them the Product code to make him feel that iam a definite buyer but they said they cant tell the prices over Phone as its a COMPANY POLICY
Surprising and that too when businesses try to get more customers these people simply made me to drop the idea purchasing it from their shop(their prices were correct but still )
The Guys who are in the Laptop Section are disgusting i finally got my net book from a local shop and for the Split AC iam going to try out some new shop named SHAH...Their management needs to look at this issue
