Pathetic customer care. I bought an expensive mattress about a year ago from one of their dealers in New Delhi. The mattress got deformed and the springs started to poke out. Subsequently, I lodged a complaint with their customer care no. Its been 50 days now, nobody called me back.

Its funny that there is no way to contact them. There is no phone no to speak to any officer of the company. The customer care executive stonewalls you and wont share any details about their replacement team of senior officers.

Fraud company. Folks please be aware.
