Very Poor & Worst Service, Bought LED TV, and nobody Responded to Installation Issues.
They are cheating with customers. There is free DVD & Scratch Card Scheme with LG LED TV. But They not Giving to Customers.
Don't Waste your Time to Purchase any Products from that Shop. Please go to Vijay Sales / Reliance / Croma.

I had purchased 4 items from Shakti Electronics (located in Ambavadi Area, Ahmedabad.)
My Bill amount was Rs. 179500 total
I paid 5000 (the day i booked) + 62500 (next day) = Rs. 67500 as down payment.
For the rest Rs.112000, I decided to take Loan of Bajaj Finance of Rs. 14000 for 8 months.
But somehow my installments are cutting of Rs.14585, which 585 extra per month which is Rs. 4680 total extra.
This much is ok. I can understand that this may happen. But when I complained them and asked them to refund, they started making stories, I visited their showroom for 4 times and called the account person (Kuntal) for around 10 times but they are not refunding money.

Sir I have book Microwave oven 20.10.2014 i have book microwave oven by credit card booking payments & during festival periods still i have not received delivery.
Over telephone last promise to deliver the latest by 7.00 pm today all after false promise

I have purchased Natraj Atta maker from shakti electronics, ambawadi on 10 th july-2012.
In news paper advertisement, they have given attraction of free gift like Bag,Jug and dinner set worth 3000/- rs & Free cover of costing Rs.290. But till date dealer has not provided gift mentioned in advertisement. I have written mail to company & they have confirm that , they will provide within 1 or 2 days but till date I have not received.
I personally feel that shakti electronics has not fare dealing with customer.
