ya you all are right. Cheated and non experienced and not at all customer oriented saloon. Please do not go and waste your money.

I would like to share my experience with KALISTA saloon.
If there is anything less than 1 star, I would have given to this saloon.
In Ahmedabad, I have visited so many spa and saloons but experience with this saloon is worst.
I have done my straightening from this saloon.
After thrice confirmation on call for my timing (sunday at 2.00 PM) and even before leaving from home, I am confirming that I am coming they asked me to come. When I reached there, I would have been waiting till 4.30 Pm and till 5.00 Pm they just had done my hairwash. I was asking, I have short of time, please do something but they are saying please wait. Pathetic!
I am a college student. I won their vouchers worth Rs 600 (3 vouchers-200 each) in a competition. They didn't accept that vouchers for any treatment costing 200 or less and they say they'll accept that only for haircut (starting from 450) that too I can use only one voucher and that voucher is valid for just a month! Who the hell gets a haircut thrice a month..Lunatic People... !

Worst saloon I have ever seen.
This is priyanka, before two week I had gone in Kalista at University road for Hair Smoothning,
I get my all hair damage over there, I paid Rs. 4500 cash.
Most of their employees are not experienced and the service is too bad.

Kallistaa service was ok but there was no transparency in the words.. They overcharged me... Request to confirm the price for the services beforehand only as they intend to cheat customers... Also i have a doubt if they use Loreal products only.. recommended not to visit :(
