I WENT FOR ENT PROBLEM. MET Dr. Girish Rai
CONSULTANT - EAR NOSE & THROAT not explained properly. Just answer to the point, with no proper guidance, it's difficult to speak with him. worst doctor. I have never seen this type of doctor. very low response. Highly Regret. Sincerely adviced not to choose Manipal Hospital, Old Airport Road, Bangalore.

Reception, Co ordination in reception desk, especially Sr. Sumithra who handles Trimester scanning was excellent.

We visited Manipal Hospital in HAL - Old airport road for our daughter in law Trimester scanning in this December 6th and 7th 2022. Its started with Gynecologist Dr. Meena Muthaiah, her approach was very excellent, we were very much impressed, She an assert to Manipal Hospital.
Subsequently, the scanning was done by Dr.Mugdha Shahi. Here we should specially say that, her patience, here approach, giving comfort, makes to feel positive, gives courage, explain in such a way that a lay person can understand was very much impressive and excellent. Doctor Mugdha is a great asset for Manipal Hospital. Its from Victor on behalf of Mrs.Mary.F
Hospital service is pathetic, even after taking appointment from the doctor, i had to wait for more than 2-3 hours and whenever i asked where is the doctor they mentioned that he is in a minor surgery just 15 mins, he will be shortly back.
Good facilities, Caring doctor ,Caring Nurse, totally satisfied with the hospital .costly but who has insurance can go for operation and other major treatment, Thanks to Manipal for providing the best hospitality.
My father, 85 yrs old is admitted since last @24 hours....Bed 1018. No treatment started other than collecting blood samples for tests...But even the test results are not yet available ( other than adding to the billing ).
Starting from doctors till every staff blantly refuse service & any medical care and attention in the plea that they are understaffed.
Why the hell you take admission if you can't even take care of the patients ?? Are you charging any % less becuae you are staffed maybe 50% less. Who's making money & at what cost ?

Had a very bad experience whatever problem u have, doctors will try to admit you for more and more days to increase the bills. I just had some gas problem and they made the bills of 14000 and even after that they wanted to admit me. Bad experience.
My 7 month baby is suffering from urological disorder which very few doctors can treat and manipal hospital had one such doctor. so I had to visit the hospital second time even after I had bad experience in first one. If I had a second best option of doctor I would have surely gone for that hospital. The nursing staff are very inefficient in handling small babies. My baby was pricked in all possible places just to put a canula for iv antibiotic. they did not even notice swelling in the hand after 3 days of admission. it was me who saw the same and informed these pathetic nurses. I have visited Manipal, Bangalore, HAL Road from West Bengal for Executive Health Check up for my parents & me. I am extremely sorry to state that I have never seen such kind of poor customer services & after paying a hell lot of money, hospital's staffs behaving towards us in a such manner that we felt extremely down for that. On the next day of visit, my dad had cunsultation with neurology department, the coordinator there asked us to wait for 1.30 hrs, where as we have waited more than 4 hrs, & the doctor is not bother to attain us, till then! Be Careful: the consulting fees may seem low but they collect huge sum in the name of further tests.......Ensure you do not get fooled by them.Although dermatologist doctor behaved nicely .
