i never see such type of worst customer services ,these bastards does not know how to handle laptops ,the people who are working in the Etechies all are under graduates ,they will eat your money like buffalo ,don't believe this fraud company ,dont hand over your laptop to Etechies people ,one day i gave my laptop which was bought in USA now my laptop completely dead they took all parts , i spent huge money no satisfaction ,its not at all working ,so please don't believe this fraud company don't spoil your laptops .

terrible customer service !! they just cut the phone on ur Face .. PLEASE DONT USE THIS ETECHIES IT IS TERRIBLE SERVICE ..IF YOU NEED YOUR LAPTOP IN TIME PLEASE DONT GIVE IT TO THEM !!!!THE SERVICE TERRIBLE.

Etechies(http://www.etechies.in) --- Bangalore I have never seen such a bad way of customer engagement, etechies are basically an organization who eat up your money upfront so as they do not have to deal with explaining why later. Point is it is fine if you take 1500Rs upfront to diagnose the problem but it has to be done in a timely manner so as the customer, no point in wasting customers precious time. My experience was very bad and I will not recommend anyone to take service from etechies. I only had to do follow up , I only had to ask what is the issue, I only had to follow up with them to get my system back unrepaired. Still 3 Weeks and the system is not returned. Such a bad service. Dell Authorized money s u c k i n g Service Center (DAMSSC), which is in JC Road, My Sugar Building, Ground Floor, Opp. Ravindra Kalakshetra, JC Road 560002 Ph. 080-41143778 (from more than a month i'm trying to reach them on this no. but every time when i call, it says number busy. Would you believe that from more than a month everyday I will try atleast for minimum of 30 to 40 times and I could not reach them) Worst Front Desk Customer Sevice team of 2, and they very good knowledge of harrasing customers and don't know the difference between LCD and LED. I wish, we had read these reviews before calling them. The technician came and recommended re-installing the OS. During hte progress he mentioned that the hard-disk is not responding (sounds familiar)? Luckily i refused to give laptop with removing personal data and hence asked him to come after a couple of days. Now, there is no response from there end inspite of repetitive calls. My laptop is totally non-functional and i am not sure where to get it restored. Atleast my personal data is saved and is not exposed.
