I have given my Skoda Rapid Ambition Diesel a week back for service in Vinayaka Skoda, KR Puram, Bangalore
Broken Wind shield and issue with car start due to low Battery was the issue.
Since last 4 days I am trying to understand the status of the car service without any success.
Everytime I call the Vinayaka Skoda guys are asking for 5 minutes to get the updates but I never get a call back.
My location very far more than 20kms from the service station and it is not feasible to visit personally and check what is happening.
I am afraid that they have screwed up something and are not updating me and trying to buy time to fix it.
It appears to me that having gone for a so called premium brand car is biggest mistake what I did.
