NEVER GIVE YOUR TV TO THEM FOR SERVICE.
They simply spoiled my Panasonic LED TV worth Rs. 47500. Google threw their number as Authorized dealer, I become fool. They said back light has some issues and it has to be taken to the Service center. Paid 6 Thousand for this Service and TV got repaired within 7 Months. Now Genuine Panasonic Service Center guy says Zen Tech Solutions is not Authorized Service Center. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM.

These guys are big time fraudsters. This is my case. My Sony LCD TV was not switching on. I called these guys. One of this guy came up and did a quick check. He told the flash memory has gone and it has to be taken to the Service centre. This would charge me about 5 to 6 thousands. I couldn't trust these guys, so I called up the Sony service center. The technician from Sony service center came and did a complete check. He found that there was no power supply to the TV. Finally he found that the three pin used for connecting the TV had issues. There was no problem with the TV at all. I bought a new three pin for 150 Rs.
They are not trust worthy. We shouldn't be giving business to these guys.

These ppl are a absolute frauds, i got my tv repaired from them for display issue, within 10 days the problem occurred again, he took my tv but is not returning it. They charged me 3800 rs telling me backlight issue and had told 6 months warranty. But inspire of several calls to him and their office, he never returned my tv, it's been a week already! Don't give these ppl anything, they keep their phone off and are totally irresponsible!! The receipt says Zen Tech Services Jp nagar 6th phase with phno 080-32965558.
This is a fraud company. They are not authorized or have the expertise. They have hoax numbers. Recently got my TV serviced last month and they charged hefty amount saying crt issues. Problem occurred again within 2weeks and now they are refusing 6 month warranty. They disconnect calls and are refusing to send technicians.
These guys are absolute crooks. I had a problem with my LED tv and was searching for the LG customer care centre. I googled for it and this was the first result that came up http://customercaresupport.co.in which claimed to the a LG authorised service centre. The Zen tech technician came, had a look at the tv and claimed that the mother board had to be replaced. They took the tv and gave it in about 5 days , now the tv was working and they charged Rs 9000 for the same. In about 2 weeks the tv started giving new problems, and when i called them this time they were unresponsive. This time i called LG directly and they send their technician. Not sure how these cheats are doing business.
They took my 40" TV for repair, stating it would take 2 days to fix it.
They returned it after 10 days, and took money.
It stopped working after one hour.
They are not picking up my calls.
If they do pick up my call (I tried different phones),
they state that the technician would reach in 2-3 hours.
It has not happened in last five days.
