Not good i ordered my 3rd sem textbooks by mistake i did 2 unit of same subject after that i canceld 1textbook for that i didnt get my money back .

yes what u have stated above is true the staff did that too me too they have never given any response staff is not very good espsecially the staff in the 1st floor just come to while away their time

hav been looki for a cookery book from months .......went to sapna ,i dnt find the particular version so they took my ph no and told will be calling in two days time but no response........inspite of going for second time after few daya thy havent got the stock .....ther is no proper response from the staff.......in their enquiry book ther is whole lot of phone numbers....hope others hav got ther required book...........
