They came changed coil and told we have repair bill is 2000/- he did not inform before changing. after work he is informing cost. later when i told why did you change. I got it changed 10 months back from your company, he said it will last only 6 months. I changed off sorry for not informing. if you complain to office they will axe my job. please pay. i will give one and half year warante. after he left with money. The geyser is not working calling him every day he is telling I will come, I will come, he is not coming. I called their company, the lady who picked is so rude she says talk to technician only and just cuts the line. they were good 15 year back not anymore. I dont recommend them anymore.its not even 15 days since

Worst service i experienced till date..They had taken geyser to service centre,it is almost more than a month,no response even after calling for 4-5 times. This people are fraud.
S.V.Service center is a cheating company and their representative are duping you by saying they are the authorised service center for Racold. They replace coil of local make and charge double the rate of Racold. Their service engineers not do their job properly and service quality and response is very poor. Beware of getting cheated.Their Accounts head Mr.Anand is big fraud. You will loose your money as well as your gadget.
