Tom's restaurant needs needs immense improvement in terms of customer service. Food may be served but if the customer service was bad how could the customers even swallow the foods? We had a very bad experience at the eatery the other day. We popped in to savour on Mangalorean's cuisine as on the board outside they have highlighted Mangaloreans cuisine although they serve other cuisines too as per the menu. Having trouble picking the cuisine we requested the waiter to give us a hand without any interest he replied all of them were Mangalorean's cuisine. Tom's offers the old world ambience of Bangalore of the 80s. Do not expect the extraordinary. Its the simple things served right.
Recommend the Chicken Vindaloo with Rotis and the Chicken Steak with pepper sauce.
3 course lunch for 2@ Rs.350-400 is easy on the pocket as well. Service is good too.
Makes for a pleasant family place.
