Poor customer care. Introduced online payment. But 15 days after payment also, the receipt is not generated. Mailed 4 times and called 2 times. I dont understand what is the problem.Till now receipt is not sent.

It is pathetic customer service and quality of silver is also pathetic one, (after purchasing within 10 days time our baby silver golusu is broken (it is handmade with high weight))
