Throw the samsung phones that are not working into bay of bengal rather than going to techno care. Very arrogant, irresponsible and lethargic fellows. Owner does not care about the feedbacks of ckients and the staff had the guts to tell you to go and complain wherever you like. Simply put in GO TO HELL attitude. Very sad that Samsung is tied up with this company for repair work.
