In furn kare velacheerry I bought the first furniture for my daughter. baby table and chair for studying. They provided damaged , very much used piece. I called them up but they did not exchange and also they cheat with the rate. Cheating in a baby chair would they be able to survive in the market. This is knd of cheating a chid and earning money. very worst experieence.Stupids..
Furn kare is the only furniture shop which displays broken furnitures as demo piece. I had terrible experience with the owner shahul couple hours back. He never keep up his commitment of delivery date and time. Made me wait till 8 pm till 10 pm to deliver shoe rack. Finally told me to come next day.He was rude to say take the money and leave the place. I dont suggest this place to anyone.
Worst service ever in Chennai. Extremely rude and violent people at Furnkare, Velachery.
I purchased a new dining table from FurnKare, #15 Velachery 100ft byepass road, Velachery, Chennai-42, after seeing a dining table kept for display. The design was good but had few cracks. They assured the display piece will not be delivered. But, they delivered the display piece only (repaired one).
I talked to Shahul from FurnKare Velachery regarding this and asked him to provide a replacement one. He said the same design was not available, but I need to pay extra Rs. 1,000/- for a different one. He said only the display pieces will be delivered. This was a big surprise. He was very rude and violent.

Pls try to avoid buying from Furn Kare. They show one, sell one and send one after 1 month and atleast 50 phone calls and 5-6 personal visit. No chance of replacement. I had asked for money refund. They gave a cheque for a paltry amound which bounced back. Still neighter got my money nor the item. Want all the above experience. Pls go ahead.
