Absolutely horrific sales team. We were looked after well and everyone was polite UNTIL we made the payment. After that we were treated like 3rd rate citizens. Especially Mr. Balakrishan. We wanted our AC to be installed the same day and he told us if we pay before 2pm they will install. I gathered all docs (for finance) in a hurry and cleared all payments by 2pm. He told the AC will arrive at 5pm. And So, we waited cancelling all plans for Sunday evening. But as feared no one came. On calling Mr. Bala were promised 5:30 then 6:00 and then 6:30 pm and after that he stopped picking our calls. On calling the shop we got the answer Mr Bala is with a client. SO WHO THE F**K were we? Very poor after sales service. Horrible experience post purchase of LED TV. They just dont seem to care after the sales is done. Please avoid purchase as all cost.
